Turmeric Kiwi Protein Smoothie
A delicious way of taking in your protein! This anti-inflammatory smoothie recipe is an easy way to take in a great deal of nutrients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt plain, Greek
- 2 coops protein powder vanilla
- 1/2 cup almond milk or more for thinner consistency, unsweetened
- 1/2 banana peeled and frozen
- 2 kiwifruit peeled, whole
- 1 Turmeric 1/4-inch nub, peeled
- 1 lime zested
- 1 ice handful
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass and sip!
