  • 1 cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • 2 coops protein powder vanilla
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or more for thinner consistency, unsweetened
  • 1/2 banana peeled and frozen
  • 2 kiwifruit peeled, whole
  • 1 Turmeric 1/4-inch nub, peeled
  • 1 lime zested
  • 1 ice handful

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass and sip!
