Ingredients

  • 2 naval oranges peeled and quartered
  • 1 medium carrot chopped
  • 1 inch piece of ginger peeled
  • 1 inch piece of turmeric peeled - or 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
  • A pinch of black pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all the ingredients + 1 cup of ice cubes to a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Divide the turmeric smoothie between 2 glasses and serve right away.
