- 2 naval oranges peeled and quartered
- 1 medium carrot chopped
- 1 inch piece of ginger peeled
- 1 inch piece of turmeric peeled - or 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
- A pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients + 1 cup of ice cubes to a high-powered blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Divide the turmeric smoothie between 2 glasses and serve right away.
