Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
OPTIONAL
- 1 teaspoon sundried tomatoes finely diced
- lemon zest
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mortar and pestle and grind to break u the fennel seeds.
- Store in a jar with tight fitting lid, and use as needed.

Notes
- I store mine in mini 4oz mason jars (affiliate link) with tight fitting lids
- Use it in place of Italian seasoning, on pork, chicken or fish.
- Blend with olive oil and vinegar to make a delicious vinaigrette
- Make Summery Tuscan Chicken Orzo.
