  • 1 3/4 cups self-rising flour , plus more for kneading
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the flour and Greek yogurt. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a clean work surface coated with flour. Knead the dough. If it still feels sticky, add a small amount of flour.
  3. Use the dough to create whatever recipe calls for dough! `
