Ingredients
- tortilla chips
- vegan cheese
- Taco “Meat” recipe from this post or this one
- chopped tomato Pico de Gallo
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
- 1 serrano or jalapeno thinly sliced
- Sliced avocado or Guacamole
- pickled onions and/or sliced radishes
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Spread the tortilla chips on a platter or baking sheet. Drizzle with the cheese sauce and top with the taco “meat”, tomato, scallions, serrano, avocado, radishes, and pickled onions. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with lime wedges, for squeezing.
