Vampire Kiss Jello Shot

Vampire Kiss Jello Shots layer cherry-flavored gelatin mixed with whiskey and water, topped with a black gelatin layer colored with gel food coloring. The shots set in the fridge in two stages before being garnished with maraschino cherries, creating a spooky two-tone effect with a boozy kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 3.5 oz cherry gelatin mix
  • 1 cup water boiling
  • ½ cup whiskey Fireball
  • ½ cup water cold
  • Gel food coloring Black
  • maraschino cherries
  • Optional: ¼ C red sprinkles to sprinkle on top

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Using a medium bowl, whisk together until the sugar has dissolved the cherry jello and the boiling water
  2. Whisk in the fireball whiskey and the cold water
  3. Pour ¼ of the cherry jello into a small bowl and whisk in a few drops of the black gel food coloring
  4. Fill the jello shots about ¾ way full and place the shots into the fridge for 90 minutes
  5. Once the red layer has firmed up, carefully add the black jello to each cup
  6. Place back into the fridge for another 90 minutes before topping with a maraschino cherry
  7. Enjoy
