Vampire Kiss Jello Shot
Description
The Vampire Kiss Jello Shot recipe starts with cherry gelatin dissolved in boiling water and combined with whiskey and cold water to create the red jello base. Portioning the red gelatin into shot cups and chilling allows it to set partially. Then a black gelatin layer made from cherry gelatin mixed with black gel food coloring is carefully added atop the firm red layer and chilled again until fully set.
This method produces a visually striking two-layered shot with an alcohol presence from the whiskey. Maraschino cherries on top add a sweet garnish and enhance presentation. These jello shots hold together well after chilling, making them suitable for themed parties or special occasions.
