Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 frozen sliced banana
  • 1 handful big handful kale or spinach (about 1 loose cup)
  • 1 coop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Bee Pollen
  • 1 1/4 cups milk of choice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender in order given.
  2. Blend until smooth.
