- 3 Medjool dates , pitted
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter , organic
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk , organic
- 30 grams frozen banana
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 8-10 Ice cubes (depending how thick you’d like it)
