Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt regular or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Place yogurt, honey and vanilla extract in a bowl. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Give it a taste and add more if necessary.
