Ingredients

  • 15 white bread
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except bread slices. Mix throughly.
  2. Cut each bread slice diagonally into half. Trim off the corners.
  3. Spread this filling on one-half of the slice and cover it with another half.
  4. Voila!! Enjoy a veg sandwich with mayonnaise!!

Notes

  • Remove excess moisture from vegetables before mixing to prevent soggy sandwiches.
  • Cutting bread diagonally and trimming corners creates a tidy sandwich shape and eases eating.
