Veg Sandwich with Mayonnaise
This Veg Sandwich with Mayonnaise combines chopped cabbage, carrot, and cucumber tossed with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, and ketchup, served between white bread slices cut diagonally. Ingredients
- 15 white bread
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 2 cucumber
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except bread slices. Mix throughly.
- Cut each bread slice diagonally into half. Trim off the corners.
- Spread this filling on one-half of the slice and cover it with another half.
