Ingredients

  • 200 g almond flour
  • 60 g Vegan margarine, melted
  • 3 Tablespoons maple syrup (or agave nectar)
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ Teaspoon baking powder
  • 90 g dark chocolate chips or chunks

Notes

  • If the dough is too wet, just add more almond flour until you get the desired consistency. If it's too dry, add more agave or maple syrup, or a splash of plant-based milk.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
