  • 2 Tablespoons ground flax seeds mixed with 6 tbsp water
  • 3 banana medium, overripe
  • 100 g applesauce 1/2 Cup
  • 4 Tablespoons agave nectar (or maple syrup)
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ Teaspoon baking soda
  • 230 g almond flour (2 + ⅓ Cups)
