Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups gluten-free oats
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp nuts I used almonds, chopped
  • 2 medium banana mashed
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips vegan

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Add the oats, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon to a large mixing bowl and whisk together.
  3. Add the bananas, apple cider vinegar and stir until all the ingredients are well-combined. Then, fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Roll the dough into cookie shapes and arrange them on a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
