Ingredients
- 1 ball pizza dough or store-bought pizza crust
- ½ block tofu pressed and diced, extra firm

- 1 cup baby spinach

- 1 Tablespoon Cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Pre heat oven according to directions of pizza dough.
- Toss diced tofu in a bowl with Cajun seasoning.
- Cook tofu in a non stick pan for 5-7 minutes.
- Spread BBQ sauce over the pizza dough.
- Next top in this order: spinach, tofu, pineapples, tomatoes.
- Drizzle top of pizza with more BBQ sauce.
