  • 1 coop (25g) protein powder vanilla
  • 1 cup mixed berries frozen
  • handful of spinach (optional)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon cashew butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds optional, or flax
  • ice if necessary

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Taste and add ice, if needed. Blend again and enjoy!
