Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds + 1 tablespoon of water
  • 200 g Dairy-free margarine (¾ cup + 1 tablespoon)
  • 150 g caster sugar (¾ cup)
  • 100 g brown sugar ½ cup, soft
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 320 g self-raising flour (2 + ½ cups)
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Large handful chocolate I used Moo-Free white baking drops, dairy-free; chips or chunks of choice
  • 120 g Biscoff spread (~½ cup)

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to 5 days.
