Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds + 1 tablespoon of water
- 200 g Dairy-free margarine (¾ cup + 1 tablespoon)
- 150 g caster sugar (¾ cup)
- 100 g brown sugar ½ cup, soft
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 320 g self-raising flour (2 + ½ cups)
- 1 Teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- Large handful chocolate I used Moo-Free white baking drops, dairy-free; chips or chunks of choice
- 120 g Biscoff spread (~½ cup)
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to 5 days.
