Ingredients
- 1 package Sol Cuisine Buffalo Cauliflower Wings chopped into bite size pieces once booked
- tortilla chips
- 1-2 cups vegan cheese of choice
- 1/2 cup jalapeños
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1/2 cup fresh tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion chopped
- 2 tbsp. onion flakes
- 2-3 tbsp. Hot sauce of choice
- 3 tbsp. vegan sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450F and line two baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
- Transfer the Sol Cuisine Buffalo Cauliflower Wings to the one lined baking sheet and cook as instructed on the packet. Once cooked, reduce heat to 400F.
- Start by adding a layer of tortillas and cheese to the other lined baking sheet. Repeat for one more layer of chips. Then add jalapeños, olives, tomatoes, red onion, and onion flakes.
- Bake for around 15 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and gooey.
- Once cooked, garnish with hot sauce of choice, more green onions and sour cream. You can also add more tomatoes and olives.
- Enjoy hot immediately!

Notes
- Have fun with the toppings but I strongly suggest the red onion, green onion and tomatoes.
- Onion flakes are also known as onion granules.
