Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons cornflour (cornstarch)
  • 250 ml unsweetened soy milk (1 cup)
  • 2 Tablespoons vegan margarine (the spreadable kind, not the block)
  • 80 g soft light brown sugar (⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon)
  • 3 Teaspoons vanilla extract

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Mix well before use.
