- 2 Tablespoons cornflour (cornstarch)
- 250 ml unsweetened soy milk (1 cup)
- 2 Tablespoons vegan margarine (the spreadable kind, not the block)
- 80 g soft light brown sugar (⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon)
- 3 Teaspoons vanilla extract
