Ingredients

  • 16 strawberries medium-sized
  • 400 g / 14oz chocolate I used a mix of dark and white, dairy-free, of choice
For pink chocolate:
  • food gel I use PME food gel, pink; added to melted white chocolate
Extras (optional):
  • cake glitter for decoration
  • Cake sprinkles for decoration

Notes

  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Pour any unused melted chocolate into cupcake cases to use again at a later date.
