Ingredients
- 16 strawberries medium-sized
- 400 g / 14oz chocolate I used a mix of dark and white, dairy-free, of choice
For pink chocolate:
- food gel I use PME food gel, pink; added to melted white chocolate
Extras (optional):
- Cake sprinkles for decoration
- cake glitter for decoration
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Pour any unused melted chocolate into cupcake cases to use again at a later date.
