Ingredients

For the pastry:
  • 200 g plain flour
  • 145 g vegan margarine (the soft, spreadable style)
  • 30 g icing sugar
  • 15 g cocoa powder
For the filling:
  • 300 g Vegan semi-sweet chocolate (35-40%. I used Lovett's)
  • 280 ml soya cream (can be subbed for full-fat coconut milk)
To top (optional):
  • Extra chocolate shavings
