Dairy-free chocolate tart. Rich, creamy ganache inside chocolate shortcrust pastry.

Ingredients
For the pastry:
- 200 g plain flour
- 145 g vegan margarine (the soft, spreadable style)
- 30 g icing sugar
- 15 g cocoa powder
For the filling:
- 300 g Vegan semi-sweet chocolate (35-40%. I used Lovett's)
- 280 ml soya cream (can be subbed for full-fat coconut milk)
To top (optional):
- Extra chocolate shavings
