Ingredients
- 200 g plain flour (1½ cups)
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 150 g caster sugar (¾ cup)
- 60 g vegan margarine 4 tablespoons, melted
- 200 ml plant-based milk ¾ cup, of choice
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
For the decoration:
- 200 g vegan milk chocolate 7 oz, or dark chocolate
- 150 g white chocolate 5 oz, vegan
- fondant I used Dr. Oetker, red and green
- edible glitter (optional)
