Ingredients

Servings
  • 200 g plain flour (1½ cups)
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 150 g caster sugar (¾ cup)
  • 60 g vegan margarine 4 tablespoons, melted
  • 200 ml plant-based milk ¾ cup, of choice
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

For the decoration:

  • 200 g vegan milk chocolate 7 oz, or dark chocolate
  • 150 g white chocolate 5 oz, vegan
  • fondant I used Dr. Oetker, red and green
  • edible glitter (optional)

Notes

  • *Donuts will last for 4-5 days in an airtight container at room temperature.
