  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 140 g caster sugar
  • 100 g brown sugar soft, light
  • 3-4 Teaspoons cinnamon (depending on preference)
  • 160 g vegan margarine melted
  • 270 ml soy milk unsweetened
  • 2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
