- 350 g self-raising flour
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 140 g caster sugar
- 100 g brown sugar soft, light
- 3-4 Teaspoons cinnamon (depending on preference)
- 160 g vegan margarine melted
- 270 ml soy milk unsweetened
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
Notes
