  • 1 scoop sunwarrior classic vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 5 medjool dates pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes plus additional for topping if desired
  • 10 large frozen strawberries
