Ingredients

  • 1 can of white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of water
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • ½ teaspoon of curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender or food processor.
  2. Process until smooth (a little texture is fine but be sure there are no large pieces of raw garlic.)

Notes

  • Use a food processor and pulse in short bursts for more texture
  • Use a blender to make this vegan white bean dip more smooth
  • Add more lemon juice and curry powder to your liking
