- 1 can of white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon of water
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- ½ teaspoon of curry powder
- ½ teaspoon of sea salt

- Add all ingredients to blender or food processor.
- Process until smooth (a little texture is fine but be sure there are no large pieces of raw garlic.)
