Vegan Edible Cookie Dough
This Vegan Edible Cookie Dough blends almond flour, brown sugar, coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla, and dark chocolate chips into a soft, scoopable dough safe for eating raw. The dough has a crumbly but moist texture with sweet, nutty, and chocolate flavors. It's portioned into servings and enjoyed as a snack without baking.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ Cups almond flour
- ½ Cup chocolate chips dark
- 3 tbsp coconut oil softened at room temp
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 3 tbsp brown sugar packed
- 1 tsp sea salt or to taste, coarse
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract pure
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine everything but the milk and chocolate chips. Mix until ingredients form a crumbly consistency.
- Add the milk and stir well again.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until they stick into the mixture well.
- Divide evenly into four small bowls and enjoy!
