Vegan Edible Cookie Dough

This vegan edible cookie dough is a totally indulgent dessert, yet super simple to make with just a few ingredients. Talk about nostalgia!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cups almond flour
  • ½ Cup chocolate chips dark
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil softened at room temp
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp coarse sea salt or to taste
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine everything but the milk and chocolate chips. Mix until ingredients form a crumbly consistency.
  2. Add the milk and stir well again.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips until they stick into the mixture well.
  4. Divide evenly into four small bowls and enjoy!
