Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 100 g Vegan margarine* (¼ cup + 2 tablespoons)
- 75 g soft light brown sugar (⅜ cup)
- 100 g caster sugar (½ cup)
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 210 g Dove's farm gluten-free self-raising flour blend (1+⅔ cups)
- 100 g Vegan chocolate chips or chunks (~⅔ cup)
Notes
- *Use a dairy-free spreadable margarine and not the blocky types of vegan "butters" for this recipe. I recommend Vitalite.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
