Vegan & glutenfree apple crumble with oat flour

Apple crumble with oatmeainstead of butter l and oat flour. Without white sugar, instead I used coconut blossom sugar. And coconut oil.

Ingredients

  • 3 apples
  • ½ cup gf oat flour (60 grams)
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ cup gf oatmeal, cut or quick oats (50 grams)
  • ½ cup gf oat flour (60 grams)
  • ½ cup coconut flower sugar (60 grams)
  • 3 tbsp coconut flower sugar
  • ¼ cup coconut oil hard, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice or cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon
  • celtic sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Peel the apples and cut into small cubes.
  3. Put all the ingredients for the crumble in a bowl and mix with a fork.
  4. Mix the apple cubes with the flour, herbs and lemon juice.
  5. Put in the fridge. Take extra time for this if the oil is soft or even melted.
  6. Put the apples in the oven dish and sprinkle the maple syrup over it.
  7. Crumble the crumble on top.
  8. Put in the oven for 45 minutes.

Notes

  • Serve as breakfast or with a scoop of nicecream for dessert.
