  • 30 g caster sugar (~2+½ tablespoons)
  • 4 Tablespoons unsweetened soy milk
  • ½ Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Sunflower or rapeseed oil
  • 100 g Shredless orange marmalade (5 tablespoons)
  • 150 g Semi-sweet dairy-free chocolate (5oz)
