Ingredients

  • 215 g plain flour (~1+¾ cups)
  • 135 g vegan margarine (½ cup + 1 tablespoon)
  • 15 g icing sugar (1 tablespoon)
  • 1 Tablespoon water ice cold
  • 8 Tablespoons jam I used strawberry, of choice

Notes

  • Use ready-made shortcrust pastry for an easy, 2-ingredient recipe!
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
