Ingredients
- 215 g plain flour (~1+¾ cups)
- 135 g vegan margarine (½ cup + 1 tablespoon)
- 15 g icing sugar (1 tablespoon)
- 1 Tablespoon water ice cold
- 8 Tablespoons jam I used strawberry, of choice
Notes
- Use ready-made shortcrust pastry for an easy, 2-ingredient recipe!
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
