- 150 g vegan butter (see notes)
- 2 Teaspoons lemon extract
- 500 g icing sugar
Notes
- I recommend using the spreadable type of vegan butter. If you use the blocky type, you'll need to add some plant-based milk to help it come together.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
