Ingredients
- 2 ripe mango
- 10 oz plant-based yogurt 300 g
- 3,5 oz plant-based milk 100 ml
- Juice of half a lime
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Using a sharp knife, start by peeling the mangoes and cutting the flesh away from the pit into small pieces.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender jug and blend until you have a smooth consisntecy.
- Serve with crushed pistachios and fresh mint.
