Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon cold water
  • 200 g Dairy-free margarine use the soft spread rather than the block (¾ cup + 1 tablespoon)
  • 150 g caster sugar (¾ cup)
  • 100 g soft light brown sugar (½ cup)
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 300 g self-raising flour (2+⅜ cups)
  • 2 Tablespoons matcha powder
  • 200 g Vegan white chocolate chunks or chips (1 cup + 2 tablespoons)

Notes
