- 1 14oz (400ml) can of full fat coconut milk
- ⅔ Cup caster sugar (150g)
- ⅔ Cup soy cream (160ml)
- ½ Teaspoon peppermint extract
- ½ Teaspoon green food colouring (optional)
- ¾ Cup Vegan chocolate chips or chunks (100g)
