Ingredients

  • 1 14oz (400ml) can of full fat coconut milk
  • ⅔ Cup caster sugar (150g)
  • ⅔ Cup soy cream (160ml)
  • ½ Teaspoon peppermint extract
  • ½ Teaspoon green food colouring (optional)
  • ¾ Cup Vegan chocolate chips or chunks (100g)

  • *Can be stored in an airtight, freezer-proof dish for up to 3 months in the freezer.
