Ingredients

  • 90 g Vegan block butter (⅜ cup)
  • 110 g caster sugar (½ cup + 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 Tablespoons soy milk
  • 200 g plain flour (~1+½ cups)
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Candied orange peel or orange zest
  • 50 g dried cranberries (⅓ cup)
  • 100 g vegan white chocolate (3.5oz)
