- 90 g Vegan block butter (⅜ cup)
- 110 g caster sugar (½ cup + 1 tablespoon)
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 Tablespoons soy milk
- 200 g plain flour (~1+½ cups)
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 3 Tablespoons Candied orange peel or orange zest
- 50 g dried cranberries (⅓ cup)
- 100 g vegan white chocolate (3.5oz)
