Ingredients

  • 120 g Dairy-free margarine (½ cup) use the spreadable type, not the blocky type
  • 250 g peanut butter 1 cup, smooth
  • 2 Teaspoons vanilla extract (optional)
  • 450 g icing sugar (3+¼ cups)
To top (optional):
  • 60 g vegan chocolate ½ cup, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut chopped
