- 120 g Dairy-free margarine (½ cup) use the spreadable type, not the blocky type
- 250 g peanut butter 1 cup, smooth
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla extract (optional)
- 450 g icing sugar (3+¼ cups)
To top (optional):
- 60 g vegan chocolate ½ cup, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons peanut chopped
