Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate must be 85% for the recipe to work correctly, 85% cocoa
  • 180 g vegan margarine (the spreadable kind)
  • 80 g plain flour
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 300 g caster sugar
  • 160 ml soy milk unsweetened
  • 80 g chocolate chips vegan
  • 150 g raspberries the flour prevents the raspberry juices from making the brownies soggy, fresh, chopped, coated in 1/2 tablespoon

Notes

  • I recommend Tesco or Lindt 85% dark chocolate for best results.
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
