Vegan Shamrock Shake

This simple 4 ingredient dairy-free shamrock shake is rich, creamy, and minty fresh. A delicious vegan dessert for St. Patrick's Day!

Ingredients

  • 1 pint Vegan vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups plantbased milk
  • 4 to 6 drops of green food coloring we prefer natural food dye
  • 1 to 3 drops pure mint extract SEE NOTE
TOPPING
  • Coconut whipped topping

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Scoop the pint of ice cream into the blender and add the 2 cups of plant-based milk, 4 to 6 drops of green food coloring, and 1 drop of the mint extract.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and add more mint if desired.
  3. Top it with our coconut whipped cream if desired.

  • This recipe will make 2 to 4 servings depending on how large you pour the individual serving. 
  • We use pure mint extract instead of peppermint extract. They are totally different in flavor. Feel free to use peppermint if you like.
