Vegan Soda Bread
Vegan Soda Bread uses a combination of all-purpose and whole wheat flours with baking soda and a pinch of salt for leavening. Plant-based milk binds the dough without yeast, resulting in a round, rustic loaf with a crusty exterior and tender crumb. This bread offers a hearty texture and mild flavor, suitable for slicing and serving with spreads or soups.
